These Terms & Conditions apply to the St. Petersburg Bicycle Club's website, membership communications, and SMS/text messaging program.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Members may voluntarily opt in to receive SMS/text messages from the St. Petersburg Bicycle Club. These messages are intended to provide club-related information and may include club announcements, ride updates, changes to ride times or locations, ride cancellations, safety information, event information, and other time-sensitive club communications.

Members opt in through their member account by providing or confirming their mobile phone number and selecting the "Enable club texts" option. The option is not pre-selected.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Members may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message or by disabling club texts in their member account settings. After opting out, the member will no longer receive club text messages unless they opt in again.

Consent to receive text messages is voluntary.

Privacy

Information collected in connection with the SMS program is handled in accordance with the St. Petersburg Bicycle Club Privacy Policy. SMS opt-in data and consent information are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
